Pressure head switch SDS/PP
for the automatic control of non-aggressive liquids in open or nonpressurized tanks


This pneumatic level switch is suitable for maximum
alarm or the switching of pumps or solenoid valves.

The connection head contains a diaphragm pressure switch
with changeover contact. Switching is effected by the
air pressure rising in the air tube as the liquid level rises.
After a fall in pressure of about 45 mm WG the contact is
broken again. Level differences of more than 45 mm can be
controlled by using two SDS/PP units.

With the passage of time, air escapes through the
diaphragm. For this reason the tube should be recharged
with air every 6-8 weeks.
