The Palatinate Metal and Electrical Industry Association (PfalzMetall) offers a series of events on sustainability management, which is overseen by industrial engineer and business economist Klaus Gronbach.

On Monday 8 November 2021, Jola Spezialschalter will host the fourth part “Implementation and Improvement” in Lambrecht – of course, in line with social distancing rules and enough coffee… A workshop by Dipl.-Wirt.Ing. Olaf Eisele from the Institute for Applied Occupational Ergonomics (ifaa) will ensure the theoretical depth and practical relevance. The focus will be on the subjects of “processes” as well as “plants and buildings”.

Sadly, there is currently no “blueprint” – no approach that has established itself as a general standard, but the omnipresent topic of sustainability should not only be considered in the management of large corporations, but also in small and medium-sized companies. In this respect, it is a matter of finding an individually sensible and efficient approach. Anyone who is interested is invited to join!
