Newspaper article: “Weaver Museum: A Guided Walking-Tour Brought Clothmaking to Live – A Visit to the Former Cloth factory Brothers Haas”

In its 21/2025 edition published on Thursday, 22 May 2025, the local newspaper Talpost reported on the guided walking-tour “Cloth making – Industrial culture in the Lambrecht Valley” which took place on 14 May 2025. Conceived and moderated by Gerald Lehmann (Weaver Museum, Lindenberg), one of the stops was the former Haas Brothers cloth factory, whose premises have been home to the electrotechnical company Jola Spezialschalter since the 1950s. Managing Director Lars Mattil – grandson of the last head of the cloth factory – welcomed the hikers and told them a thing or two about the history.
