Jola is a typical German family enterprise. Since 1952, it deals with the development, fabrication and distribution of high-quality products for many different economic sectors.

Jola Spezialschalter GmbH & Co. KG is a typical small German enterprise employing about 60 people in the town of Lambrecht. It was founded in 1952 by Karl Mattil under the company name “Jola Spezialschalter GmbH” as a sister company of the then still existing cloth factory “Gebrüder Haas” to develop and market a company invention, a water-tight limit switch, and a level controller based on the same principle. Today, Jola is a well-known manufacturer in the measuring and regulation technology.

Jola products can be purchased in many parts of the world. Authorized dealers market the product range in many other European and several non-European countries.

Jola’s strong point is comprehensive technical advice combined with fast manufacturing and delivery times. Its high production depth enable batch sizes from 1 piece to small series.

The company’s processes make serial and individual production processes possible, thereby facilitating standard products as well as purpose-built items.

Jola continuously implements improvements in order to meet the changing demands of the market and to adjust to new technologies. It holds diverse approvals and certifications concerning the enterprise (i. e. quality management according to ISO 9001) as well as its products (amongst other things low voltage, electromagnetic compatibility, explosion protection, general type approval according to the German Water Resources Act, …).
