On 27/9/2019, the voluntary fire brigades Lambrecht & Lindenberg practiced the following scenario in and at our company buildings: Fire on the 2nd floor with heavy smoke – firefighting also by indoor attack and simultaneous recovery of several injured, helpless people. Approximately 30 comrades of the two fire brigades were in action voluntarily with totally six vehicles in use. Our fire protection officer Mr Singer had prepared the assignment together with exercise instructor Mr Kleefeld. Because it was just an exercise as mentioned before, Company Director Lars Mattil still was in a good mood.

On September 24th and 25th, we were visited by Mr Sharad Trivedi, head of our sales partner INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROLS from India, in Lambrecht. Sharad, a good friend of us, told us a lot about the Indian market and granted us the great possibility to learn more about the everyday life in India! We´re looking forward to the further cooperation!

Surprise successful: Disguised as another training on safety at work, the surprise party for the 70th birthday of our senior director Volker Mattil took place at brilliant sunshine. Mr Volz and Mrs Hayna congratulated Mr Mattil on behalf of the entire workforce present and handed over many presents. Including the golden float switch, which has never been awarded before in the more than 65-year history of the company Jola. Furthermore, Mr Mattil received numerous congratulations from all over the world, from our sales partners and his friends, for whom he would like to express his heartfelt thanks once more. WE would like to thank Volker Mattil for his life’s work in his company and wish him continued good health, happiness and all the best!
